1. REGISTRATION
• Early Bird registrations close midnight
09.08.24
• Registrations close Friday 23.08.24
• Players are permitted to play for one
team. ‘Filling in’ for other teams is not
allowed.
• Individual registrations will be assigned to
a team, with the team name provided
upon assignment.
• Fees for forfeits, cancellations, and non-attendance are non-refundable.
• In the event of a tournament cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and on the provision the
event is not met with arena hire fees, Starlight Clash will make every attempt to refund registration costs
to teams and individuals.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION
• Gates open at 6:30am
• Team briefing at 7:45am
• Games begin at 8:00am
• Maximum of 7 field players per team (a coach is optional but is non-playing if registered as the 8th
person).
• It is the players’ responsibility to know and understand the rules and regulations.
• The rules and regulations may not cover all scenarios. Omissions are NOT considered loopholes;
examples provided are representative of possible gameplay. The head referee has the final say.
• No Go-Pro’s or cameras allowed on the field unless authorised by BRYCE or PETA. Please arrange
BEFORE the day. On the day permissions may be refused.
3. LIABILITY
• All players must fill out a Gelsoft Australia (GSA) waiver BEFORE taking the field. This is YOUR
responsibility.
• Gel blasters must only shoot gel balls.
